Who we are and how to contact us
This notice is provided by Unsigned Now LLC (“Unsigned”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the Unsigned platform and website (the “Service”). It explains how we use cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice.

What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, tags and scripts that read information from your browser — work in comparable ways. In this notice we call all of these “cookies”.
UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, PECR) and EU/EEA law (national laws implementing the ePrivacy Directive) allow us to use strictly necessary cookies without your consent, because they are essential to provide the Service you have asked for. Every other cookie needs your consent.
Your choices
When you first visit the Service, our cookie banner, provided by Cookiebot, asks for your choices before any optional cookie is used. Until you choose, and if you choose “Deny”, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
You can consent to each of these purposes separately:
- Preferences — storing any custom settings decisions you make. No preference cookies are currently used.
- Statistics — measuring how the Service is used, such as pages viewed and features used, so we can improve it.
- Marketing — measuring which of our adverts on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) bring people to the Service, and delivering those adverts.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, the relevant tools stop running and we delete the cookies they set on our domain. Withdrawal does not affect use before you withdrew.
We keep a record of your choices for 12 months so we can show that we respected them. We ask you again after 12 months, or sooner if we change the cookies we use in a way that matters.

Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, does not set cookies itself. It loads only after you consent.
Payments. When you pay for a subscription, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies there, under Stripe’s cookie policy; we do not set Stripe cookies on our own pages.
Third parties and international transfers
Google and PostHog act on our behalf as our service providers for analytics. Cookiebot (Usercentrics) operates our cookie banner and records your choices on our behalf.
Meta. When you consent to marketing, the Meta pixel sends information about your visit (such as the page viewed and your browser identifier) to Meta. Unsigned and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers for collecting and transmitting that information. Meta is responsible for its own further use of it, described in Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can ask us for the essence of our joint-controller arrangement with Meta using the contact details above.
International transfers. Unsigned is based in the United States, and Google, Meta and PostHog process data collected through cookies in the US. Where personal data is transferred from the UK or EU/EEA, we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Notice, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension or standard contractual clauses.
Tracking in our emails
Product-marketing emails. If you have agreed to receive marketing emails from us, these are sent through MailerLite and contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether the email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this only to understand which emails are useful. You can stop it by unsubscribing using the link in any marketing email, and you can also block it by turning off automatic image loading in your email app. MailerLite does not place any cookies or scripts on our website.
Emails sent to industry recipients. Emails that our users send through the Service to labels, DJs and other industry recipients contain no open-tracking or click-tracking technology.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service, such as signing in, from working. Guidance for common browsers is available on their help pages. Using our Privacy settings link is the most reliable way to control the optional cookies described here.

We may update this notice from time to time, for example when we change the tools we use. Where a change matters, we will ask for your cookie choices again. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when this notice was last revised.
