Billing Terms

These Subscription, Billing, and Refund Terms (the “Billing Terms”) explain how paid plans, free trials, billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Unsigned, a service operated by Unsigned Now LLC (“Unsigned”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. By starting a free trial or a paid subscription, you agree to these Billing Terms.

1. Plans and Pricing

We offer the plans below. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until you cancel.

PlanMonthly priceIncluded each month
Free$02 label pitches/month (no curator or DJ pitches)
Starter$95 label pitches, 5 curator/playlist pitches, 5 DJ promos/month
Pro$29Unlimited label, curator/playlist and DJ pitches

Plan allowances. Each plan includes the monthly pitch allowances shown above. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing period.

Currency and taxes. Prices are stated in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, which we will add at checkout where required.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial that does not require a payment method.

3. Your Consent to Automatic Renewal

You only ever pay if you actively subscribe to a paid plan by adding a payment method. We will not start any recurring charge unless you have first given separate, express affirmative consent to the automatic renewal at that point, in addition to, and apart from, your acceptance of our Terms of Service. We design our paid subscribe flow so that all of the following happen before we collect or charge your payment method:

Your consent authorizes us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period, at the then-current price, on a recurring basis, until you cancel.

Record of consent. We keep a record of your consent, including the specific terms you consented to and the date and method by which you gave it, for at least three years, or for one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.

Confirmation. After you subscribe to a paid plan, we send you a confirmation, in a form you can keep, that restates the automatic renewal terms, the amount and frequency of charges, the next renewal date, and how to cancel.

4. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, in one step, from your account settings, using the same online method you used to sign up. Cancellation stops future charges.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription fees. If we do:

7. Reminders and Notices

We send billing reminders and notices in the way we normally contact you, including the following:

8. Refunds

Our refund policy reflects that pitch access is delivered as soon as you use it.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Billing Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country, including any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under UK and EU consumer law. Where your local law gives you greater rights than these Billing Terms, that law applies.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to begin providing the service during that period and you then use the service, for example by opening pitches, you agree that you may lose that withdrawal right, or may be charged for the part of the service already provided, to the extent the law allows.

10. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you think you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@unsigned.now and we will look into it promptly. Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing issue, but you keep your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud or abuse, including repeated bad-faith disputes, but we will not suspend or penalize your account simply for raising a good-faith billing dispute.

11. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or suspend paid features, including your credits, until payment succeeds. We will let you know if this happens and how to fix it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable advance notice in the way we normally contact you. Any change to fees follows the Price Changes section above.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

Addendum A — Additional terms for consumers in the UK and EU

This Addendum A applies to you if you are a consumer, meaning an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area. If anything in this Addendum conflicts with the main Billing Terms, this Addendum controls for those consumers. The rights below are in addition to, and do not replace, your mandatory statutory rights.

A1. Prices and tax. Prices we show to you include value added tax (VAT) or equivalent tax where it applies, at the rate for your country.

A2. Your 14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal). As a UK or EU consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. For a service or for digital content, that period runs from the day the contract is concluded. You can withdraw by using the withdrawal function described in Section A4, by a clear statement to info@unsigned.now, or by using the model withdrawal form we make available.

A3. Starting the service during the cancellation period. We provide pitch access as a digital service and as digital content, and we can make it available to you immediately. If you ask us to begin during your 14-day cancellation period, the following apply, to the extent your local law allows:

We ask for this consent and acknowledgment as a separate, affirmative step at checkout, and we keep a record of it. Until you give it, we do not treat your right of withdrawal as lost, and we do not begin supply on that basis.

A4. How to withdraw online (withdrawal function). We provide a clearly labeled withdrawal function on our website and app that stays available to you throughout your 14-day cancellation period, without requiring you to log in, so you can withdraw as easily as you signed up. After you submit a withdrawal, we confirm it to you on a durable medium, for example by email, without undue delay. This function is in addition to the cancel control in your account settings.

A5. Refunds on withdrawal. Where you validly withdraw, we refund the amounts due without undue delay and within 14 days, to the payment method you used, subject to any proportionate charge under Section A3.

A6. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this Addendum or the Billing Terms removes or limits your mandatory statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as amended, and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where those laws give you greater protection, they apply.

Addendum B — Additional terms for consumers in Tennessee and Colorado

This Addendum B applies to consumers in Tennessee and Colorado and reflects specific requirements of those states’ automatic renewal laws. If anything here conflicts with the main Billing Terms, this Addendum controls for those consumers.

B1. Tennessee. For consumers in Tennessee, and consistent with Tenn. Code Ann. section 47-18-133:

B2. Colorado. For consumers in Colorado, and consistent with Colorado’s automatic renewal law as amended by SB25-145:
